Widely known for creating unique pools and spas inspired by client needs and lifestyles, POOLSTONES by SOFIKITIS has just completed a new project in Santorini (Greece), replacing the existing plastic pool grate of Belvedere Hotel with the modular 3Z grate, made of engineering marble in white color. We advised the client to urgently replace the plastic grate which was broken and damaged due to the ultraviolet radiation from the sun.
From conception to completion, POOLSTONES by SOFIKITIS treats every project with a fresh approach letting it evolve purely from the clients aspirations and needs. The innovative element of this project lies in the different thickness of the two sides of the grate bars with one being 20mm and the other being 25mm thick, due to the desired inclination that the manufacturer of the project sought to achieve.
No plastic grate has been adequate to successfully address the challenge of the inclination until now, therefore, our client profited from the blistering pace of our new product releases to make this pool last longer and shine brighter. Our product had to be perfectly customized to the actual needs of our client, ensuring high-accuracy installation. The final result confirmed that our signature aesthetic has become highly sought-after by clients who want pools and spa that feel modern encouraging simplicity without sacrificing elegance.
